プロファイルをバックアップします。
エンドレスまたは空白のロード画面が表示されない場合にのみ、プロファイルをバックアップできます.
オンボード プロファイルは、オフライン プロファイル セクションにコピーする必要があります。
設定をクリックし、エクスポートをクリックして、プロファイルを保存する宛先を選択し、プロファイルをソフトウェア フォルダに保存しないようにします。
キーパッドのリセット
ソフトウェアの下部にある [ハードウェアをデフォルトにリセット] をクリックします。
問題が解決しない場合は、クリーン リセットを実行する必要があります。
PC から azeran ソフトウェアを完全にアンインストールする必要があります。

Back up your profiles.
You can only back up your profiles if you are not getting the endless or blank loading screen.
Your onboard profiles must be copied to the offline profile section.
Click on settings and then click export choose a destination to save your profiles to be sure you do not save them in the eyes are on software folder.
RESETTING THE KEYPAD
At the bottom of the software click reset hardware to default.
If the issue persists you will need to perform a clean reset.
You will need to uninstall the azeran software completely off your PC.
In Windows Locate the app data roaming folder and delete the azeran software folder.
Now go to azeron.eu/downloads
And re download the latest firmware as well as firmware version 28
Plug your keypad into the PC
Make sure the button on the controller next to the logo is pushed in.
Now unzip the firmware version 28
There should be two files
Launch teensy now press the button to open hex file in teensy should be the first button
locate azeron-fx-28.hex
Turn the controller upside down and press the reset button at the bottom of the controller. It's a very small pinhole located near the logo of the controller at the very bottom next to the rubber pad.
Once you press the reset key on the controller The program button should light up in the teensy program should be the second button in teensy.
Once the programming is completed press the reboot button in teensy should be the third button.
The software should confirm reboot successful.
Unplugged the Azeron controller's USB from the PC then plug it back in.
Now go to the folder you download the Azeron firmware
Unzip the latest firmware you downloaded previously.
Double check that it is the correct firmware for your controller
compact, classic, or cyborg.
Click open hex file open the latest filmware version click the second button to load the latest firmware and install, once completed press the third button to reboot to controller once again. Close teensy then once again unplug your keypad and plug it back in. Now download the latest Azeron software application.
Install and open the azeron application.
Click settings and go to import navigate to the location you previously saved your profiles press import

Is the PC recognising Azeron, do the LEDS come on ? After you press the reset button on the bottom of the keypad, do the lights go off ?
Did you manage to re-flash the firmware ?
C:\Users{username}\AppData\Roaming\Azeron Software you should enable hidden items.
You can post in Japanese, will use translator to translate and hope for the best
