Touches inversées ?

Bonjour l'équipe Azeron, j'ai reçu mon Azeron Cyborg et j'ai un problème. Quand je veux configurer mes boutons les lettres sont inversées. Alors ma question est la suivante :
Peut on changer le clavier azeron pour qu'il passe de qwerty à azerty ? Sachant que le clavier que j'utilise tous les jours est bien en azerty. Alors je ne comprends pas pourquoi mon Cyborg est en qwerty.

Unfortunately Azeron only reads QWERTY, you you will have to have qwerty layout in front of you when binding the buttons in the software.

Super merci de votre réponse, je vais donc réactiver le QWERTY sur mon clavier. Pensez-vous mettre le AZERTY lors d'une prochaines mise à jour ?

It is planned, but we will not be able to give any timeframe as priorities change every day here

Any News about the AZERTY support for Azeron ? Just received my Cyborg today it look amazing for the moment but unfortunatly i didn't find any solumtion for the binding of "M" their is no issue using any other usal key lik "A" "Q" or "W" because a letter is replacing an other but for the "M" the équivalent on an Azerty layout is "," but when trying to use this in the profile the Azeron is using the ";"

Any date to give for the french user and azerty user ?

Or any solution to bind the "M" as an azerty user ?

Solution :

1. Go to any langage that are qwerty in windows ( English ( UK ) )
2. Then push your "M" Azerty in the Azeron softwear when binding
3. it wil bin ";" butt will call "M" when you switch back to Azerty

For non-english-speaking :

1. Passer votre windows dans n'importe quel langue Qwert Anglais ( UK )
2. Appuyer sur votre touche "M" lors du paramétrage dans le soft Azeron
3. Cela va paramétrer la touche ";" mais appellera la touche "M" quand vous repasser en Azerty

Bonjour,
je viens de recevoir mon Cyborg II (qui devait être mon cadeau de noel commandé avant le 15 décembre et recu le 7 janvier ) qui remplace mon logitech G13 qui ne fonctionne plus très bien après de nombreuses années de loyaux services .
Après le débalage et un long temps de réglage j'ai attaqué la configuration des touches pour un premier jeux, black desert online pour ne pas le citer et là je m'appercoit que mes touches appuyées sur mon clavier AZERTY sont vu en QWERTY sur l 'Azéron.
J'ai donc essayé de passer mon clavier en QWERTY le temps du paramétrage et cela fonctionne pour la plupart mais pas pour toutes ( le M par exemple
) je me suis donc mis a la recherche d'info sur internet et je suis tombé sur ce forum ou il est dit le 25 novembre 2021 : "C'est prévu, mais nous ne pourrons pas donner de délai car les priorités changent tous les jours ici "
j'ai fait la solution proposée par Kantux qui fonctionne parfaitement mais qui, pour moi, n'ai qu'un contournement du problème.
Je comprends bien que la configuration des touches pour trois ou quatre pays ne soit pas votre priorité, mais 3 ans ca me parait un peut long pour cela, surtout que cela n'est pas indiqué sur votre site lors de la commande.
Pourrions-nous avoir une date réelle de correction svp ?

It was always left as a low priority, since there is a workaround.
Software was remade some time ago, so it`s easier to add newer features to it, which is a big step towards the AZERTY as well

unbelievable for such a high quakity and price product not supporting AZERTY keyboards, razer do it half price of you, and their joystick is working better than yours , when i want to go forward it goes forward left, despîte calibration, areal pain in the ass. If there is no solution for the AZERTY problem i want to send you back your keyzen and want to be refund

Change the angle of the joystick in the profile or general settings, so you can set your own forward.

As for AZERTY, there is currently a workaround. You would have to switch to QWERTY and input the key that is in the same position on the keyboard, then switch to AZERTY and it would input the AZERTY correct key.
So QWERTY ''Q" would do ''A'' after switching to AZERTY. In the software it would say Q, but would realistically input A.

Hello la team !
Oui enfin une solution de contournement qui ne marche pas pour toutes les touches et franchement c'est pas pour faire le chieur mais au prix du produit un soft qui prendrait en charge l'AZERTY il me semble que ce serait vraiment justifié .
Ce n'est pas parce que le produit est top qu'on doit laisser une partie des utilisateurs sur la touche ou galérer avec des "solutions" qui sont ni plus ni moins des bidouillages.
Par exemple la touche ":" est juste inutilisable car impossible de mettre en Maj même en QWERTY et surement d'autres également puisque toutes les touches au dessus des lettres en AZERTY sont considérées comme des numéros et rien d'autre.

Bref un gros manque à gagner et quand comme moi on joue avec d'autres pads aux même jeux cela nous oblige à tout reconfigurer.
Exemple: Sur wow je me sert du g13 de logitech et du Keyzen en fonction des classes et pour ne pas devoir reconfigurer les raccourcis à chaque fois j'ai du reprogrammer beaucoup de touches et je perds en nombre de touches utilisable.

Bref un geste serait le bienvenu pour un produit aussi innovant et de cette qualité.

Cela dit merci pour le produit en lui même qui est top et ingénieux et en soi un vrai atout pour un gamer et pour nous les hommes avec de bonnes mains.
Spoiler: produit interdit à la plupart des femmes, merci l'égalité. ^^
