Hello,
Sixth part of my feedback and suggestion : About Joystick, Cyro, Customizator and conclusion
Joystick :
Hall effect joystick, no more joystick drift... You already know this, you're apparently already in the testing phase.
And as much as possible, a version "thinner/lower than usual joysticks" to be able to fit it as much as possible under the hand (as explained here)
I would be a customer for a hall effect joystick kit, coupled with the elite version + restrictor ring.
By the way, I'm missing the restrictor ring, but when I made my purchase, they were not yet available for the Elite V2 versions
As for ordering one... €10 shipping costs for something worth €2... So no. I'd rather turn one on my lathe myself.
Can the elite capsule be removed to be placed on another joystick ? To eventually make a "low height/thin" Elite V2 restrictor ring joystick mod.
Sensitive and progressive keys :
This is a request I've seen several times, to have at least two keys with progressive presses, especially for racing games. It could be good to have an option to have two and to be able to choose on which fingers we would like them, or even instead of which specific keys.
Bugs :
I sometimes had a few bugs, the joystick getting stuck in one position in the middle of a game. I was able to solve the problem by quickly releasing the joystick, and another time I think I solved the problem by restarting the Azeron software.
Sometimes the keypad is not functional, I need to unplug/replug or restart the software for it to work again. This happens sometimes after Windows sleep mode returns.
On the keypad customization page, the blue color appeared and still appears purple to me, I don't know if it's due to my screen, my GPU, or my browser (no, I just tested it on two different ones).
It gives me a kind of grayish purple not very nice when it's supposed to be a beautiful sky blue.
Maybe adding a realistic rendering option could be nice? Not necessarily a super high quality thing but already something that gives a fairly faithful preview of the colors, rather than it being a surprise when it arrives (which was my case, but good one fortunately).
Cyro :
I'm very interested in the concept of the Cyro, but I don't think it yet meets the requirements I expect from it to replace my current mouse (RoG Spatha X). For me, in the current Cyro there is missing:
Conclusion :
I hope that Azeron will not finish as Alienware or Razer, who have made themselves known for their excellent, innovative, and quality products, and then resting on one's laurels, and after the quality slowly decrease to become expensive shity product. To only become a greedy compagny.
I spent many hours writing all these six threads, taking pictures, editing, and doing some paints... Which probably shows that I'm a bit of an eccentric perfectionist. I spent that time because I really like my keypad, it's a good product, which can still be improved. So i want it to be upgraded, more reliable and sustainable. And I believe in Azeron for that.
Looking forward to seeing how the keypads and Cyro will evolve ! Thanks again for your super cool and practical products !
Here is my sixth, and last, thread, no one will follow !
Have a nice day !

Cyro :
- Is it designed to replace, at the very least, or even better all the functions of a mouse ?
- Does the Cyro wheel function to replace a mouse wheel ? I've seen comments that don't really go in this direction, but I have to ask the question clearly.
I'm very interested in the concept of the Cyro, but I don't think it yet meets the requirements I expect from it to replace my current mouse (RoG Spatha X). For me, in the current Cyro there is missing:
- An angular adjustment of the palmgrip along the sagittal plane (the plane that divides the body into two parts, left and right).
The current arrangement will not suit me, the hand is too high compared to the desk, this adjustment would allow us to be able to place the base of the hand on the desk.
When I use a mouse, I use the "pisiform bone" of my hand as a support point to move my mouse, I would like to be able to do the same with the Cyro.
In watchmaking, I noticed that the more precise we wanted to be with our hands, the closer the support point had to be to where we were working, which alow notably to work precisely without shaking. Thus having this bone as a support point makes me able to move my mouse precisely with a very high DPI (19 000).
- An angular adjustment of the palmgrip along the frontal plane (the plane that divides the body into anterior (front) and posterior (back) parts).
The current arrangement will not suit me, it's too much vertical, this adjustment would allow to remedy it, if it allows to "lay it down" sufficiently (25-30° compared to the desk plane). Obviously the other parts of the Cyro must be able to follow the angular adjustments.
- A clickable scroll wheel worthy of the name, which serves to scroll properly and smoothly without too pronounced notches.
And that it is under the middle finger, I have always used the scroll wheel with my middle finger, I don't see myself doing otherwise and I don't have the desire to do otherwise either.
The + that would be very nice, the left and right click of the wheel.
- A 5-way switch on the joystick like on the keypads, which I would like to use with my second phalanx as for my keypad (in my post about ergonomics)
- Secondary to what I just said but I would like to be able to customize the colors of my future Cyro as I did with my Cyborg.
- That we can't have the cyro + keypad both on the software is a problem, especially if we want to put macros on both devices. But i believe that you're currently working on it if i remember correctly.
Conclusion :
I hope that Azeron will not finish as Alienware or Razer, who have made themselves known for their excellent, innovative, and quality products, and then resting on one's laurels, and after the quality slowly decrease to become expensive shity product. To only become a greedy compagny.
