hi there i bought a used CYBORG COMPACT and unfortunately i cannot get the thing going, Installed latest (v1.5.5) Averon software, promts me to update firmware and then after following promt nothing happens. Have the keypad in "BOOTLOADER" mode using USBdevice tree viewer, (cannot find using windows device manager now after deleting as per video tutorials. Downloaded STM32 program, that doesnt detect USB BUT USB device tree viewer still detects in "BOOTLOADER" mode. Please help me.
Have looked into product with following information present on internal sticker:
CYBORG-COMPACT
LARGE
CURVED
GALAXY PURPLE
With Black Azeron Board (Batch_0004) inside.
Is this product conflicting with newer operating software? Can this be fixed? Also i can view in "READ-ONLY" mode on V1.5.5 with the keys being depressed and shows functioning at least. Thank you in advance. Regards Jimmy
