You can attach logs here or email us on info@azeron.eu (include link for the forum thread) or pm them to me.

What you can do is disable the Consumer control device compliant with User Interface Devices in Device manager / Azeron.
See if the fps drops stop
I started experiencing this problem today with FF14. I didn't even think about it being the azeron stuff until i found this thread. i did this to 1 of the devices. i don't even know which because the device manager doesn't label them. but it said the device will stop working, should i be concerned with that? it doesn't seem to have affected it so far.

Go in the device manager, change the view to view by container, open the Azeron keyboard dropdown menu and isabled the Consumer control device compliant. If device stops working, you can reenable the setting, but it should be good

Me again!
I bought a cyborg2 in the meantine <.< not addicted or anything.
Point is .. the 2 started doing the thing again .. so reading this tread i went ahead and tried disabling "HID-compliant consumer control device" with no change..
Undetered i ended up disabling the 1st of 2 "HID-compliant game controller" and it stopped stuttering ..

So for now ... having tested the controller .. it seems to work. ( i'm on the performance firmware atm but both do it.. putting it on performance was one of the fixes i tried on my own)
I'll keep you posted if something new happens ~

change the view to view by container in the device manager, then open the dropdown menu for Azeron
