For some reason after I update it does not save the setting. it allows me to use however if I log off the program and log back on it has me redownload the update each time. Why is this happing.

After I did update , all I get is plug in your device. My cyborg does not light up at all. I have switched usb ports and also tried to plug into another computer and it does not light up. Please help.
