Software problem

When I start the program, the program open up and begins to run. the hardware work perfectly however I can not pull up the software program on the monitor to change macro or anything else. I can see the program on my bottom bar and see the screen I need to click on but when I click it, nothing happens. Just started this week.

I have uninstalled the program and installed back and still does not help.

Please help.
