Just got my brand-new Cyborg in the mail the other day. Today, I was going through the initial setup process and everything was working fine until I tried to reset the keypad after the firmware updated in the Azeron software. The firmware update failed and now the lights on the keypad won't turn on. I checked in the control panel and Windows isn't recognizing the keypad correctly; it only shows up as "unspecified USB input device." I verified this by plugging it in and unplugging it. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I figured it out. Had to do a clean install of the Azeron software then manually install the latest firmware. Thanks Discord user Richkan for the helpful guides.
