I restarted my computer and the cyboge didn't turn back on softwaer tells me to plug it it i tryed reseting the plugs no joy help please love this thing i just got it going 2 daYS AGO

Thank you for the log. Nothing obvious in there.
Try reseating the usb cable and try plugging in motherboard usb port.
Do you hear the usb chime when plugging in and are the leds on ?

Sounds like hard reset is needed.
Unscrew the palmrest.
Hold the paperclip or a small wire over the boot plates, whilst plugging in the usb cable in the PC.
The LED lights should come on, then follow the guideto reinstall the firmware -

Is the keypad back running ?
You can still secure the palm rest with two bolts for now.
