When I connect my azeron to my computer, it says it is connected but when I go to the software, my azeron is not recognized.

Do you have any other controllers connected ?
Have rewasd installed ?

Please make sure the keypad is connected directly to usb port and make sure the usb cable is fully plugged in. (even if the LED light is lit)
