Swiftpoint z has analogue mouse buttons approximately the same size used in azeron if im not mistaken.

This allows for custom light medium and deep presses.

you get tactile feedback from a vibration motor when a threshold is set. This would effectively double or triple the amount of buttons and give a greater control.

take those existing pieces and implement it into your next design.

Pressure-sensetive buttons are cool and geeky. I am not buying multiple actuation points per button thing, because I can foresee how it would be pretty easy to misuse. However, I have been thinking about using pressure sensor to convey the pressure data to Photoshop (but it would probably make more sense to buy a tablet at this point, because you'll probably also want to convey the tilt).

Pretty much like it makes not that much sense to buy an analog keyboard if all you need is an analog movement control. That is why we all are here, I suppose.
