Hello,
I have two Azeron Cyborg controllers (version 1) and would like to use both of them simultaneously in Star Citizen.
Each controller has been assigned separate different named profiles. However, in Windows' joystick configuration (joy.cpl), six devices named "Azeron Keypad - DirectInput" are listed. Of these, entries 1 and 5 only show input indicators under "Preferences -> Test." Only entry 5 correctly responds to stick movements and accurately reflects key mappings. Entry 1 does not respond to stick inputs but indicates mappings for all buttons, even though only a some mappings are assigned. Additionally, when I disconnect one controller (USB cable), three of the six entries disappear from joy.cpl. Reconnection brings 3 more back - restarting has no effect. ReWASD ist NOT running during this tests.
Star Citizen sometimes recognizes both controllers as Gamepads 0 and 1, and other times as four active joysticks. However, in both cases, only one controller responds, and the responding controller has inverted stick axes (forward-backward movements register as left-right).
I've tried using the Star Citizen console command '~pp_ResortDevices joystick 1 2' to switch the controller assignments. Although the game confirms the switch, there's no actual change in response—the same controller remains active.
Furthermore, I've attempted using ReWASD to combine both Azeron controllers into a single virtual Xbox 360 controller. This setup successfully creates one virtual Xbox 360 controller (confirmed via joy.cpl), and inputs (sticks and keys) are correctly recognized in Windows. However, Star Citizen then stops recognizing any inputs at all.
Could you please provide guidance or a manual on how I can configure both Azeron Cyborg controllers correctly for Star Citizen, allowing one controller to function as the right stick and the other as the left stick?
Thank you for your assistance.
