So I just updated to the latest software and firmware and it told me there was an error to that it could not import my profiles. So then I decided to re input one of my game profiles manually and some of the keys work fine and others are pressing buttons that are not mapped for that button and WASD on the joystick shows that it goes around the circle but its only pressing W and D no matter where you push the joystick. It worked perfectly fine until I updated the software just now. I don't know what to do... I have the cyborg if that matters. for HELP.

Either inccorrect firmware or the profile you are on is not active.
Does the button amount match the keypad and is the profile selected and highliighted?
