Unit fails to update

Hi,
I am prompted to flash my unit when plugging it into the software but pushing the button when prompted to does nothing.
I am stuck in read only mode so my unit is now unusable.
Someone knows what can cause this ?

Unscrew the palm rest and two screws that hold the teensy board down. Then lift the teensy board up and see if there is a reset button underneath.
