just got azeron compacty in mail wont recognize on windows 10 got some oif the software and firmware dled but dont know if i have the right one downloiaded

First thing to check if the usb cable is fully inserted, even if the LED lights are on.
Was it working at the start at all?

i just got it up and running i tried an fps and the joystick movement feels mega unresponsive...gotta look into manual again to see if there is a fix i can develop
