Tried to press firmware update button on keypad and it stopped working entirely. How to fix?

I switched to a new PC and downloaded the azeron software there. It asked me to press the tiny button on the bottom to update. I tried to press it and missed, and when I checked my keypad after that, I noticed the lights were off. I have plugged it in and out multiple times and nothing works. Keys aren't recognized, and lights won't even turn on. How can I fix this?

Software doesn't recognize that its plugged in, and Its the new software so there is no reset button. What version software is shown in the video? I will try that
