Top Thumbnail button wonky in-game

I'm having a strange issue with the top thumbnail button on my Cyborg 2. Intermittently, the button won't register when I click it while playing World of Warcraft. If I alt-tab out and look at the Azeron software, it's registering every time I press it. Usually after a few clicks, it'll start working again in the game and behave correctly, but will repeat the problem again a few minutes later.

Any ideas?

Right click on the button to unbind it, then rebind on a single press only and test

Create another profile, see if it occurs on it.
Swap the binds, to see if the issue carries over to other button

Swapping binds didn't change the issue, but creating a new profile for the game corrected it. Thanks for the help. Odd how that fixed it, lol.
