Been using it for less than 6 months the stem split in 3 places and won't hold the hex shape of the cap. I emailed infor for a replacement.
I don't think 4-6 months is an acceptable lifespan for this part. The FAQ advertises it should work for years excluding abuse or accidents.
Are there any plans to offer a stick upgrade with a more sturdy design? Possible to have the cap permanently attached? Also, is it possible to swap out the stick itself instead of the whole thumbstick module? If so, I'd like to have backup sticks.
