Thumbstick not going back to center physically

Just received my cyborg, and kike in the title, th joystick is not back to center, it is stuck where I push it.

I would assume it`s the elite stick.
If it is screw the cap clockwise till it locks, that should do the trick.
The basecap most likely is unscrewed and it`s not sitting correctly, therefore getting stuck

If it`s a stock stick. Press firmly on it, to push it back in place.

I am having the same issue, Just started this morning. I am not sure what screw you are talking about.

It`s not the screw, turn actual thumbstick cap

Same issue, standard stick, suddenly all the way down while physically looking centred. I can't turn the cap, that's probably not relevant to a standard cap. Please help.
