Thumbstick adjustment screw won’t fix back

Hi,

I received the device today and I am filling the steps to adjust the things.

But the screw won’t connect back with adjusting the thumb stick. It feels it is lame, what to do?

Hope this can be solved

Looks like the square threadnut has fallen out.
See on the other side there is a pocket for it, insert the threadnut ( if you can't find it, there should be a spare one in the bag) and then insert the screw and tighten it

Thank you for helping me, I have found the square and put it in between the parts?

When I do, and I screw it, the square part will scroll with the screw.

I am sorry for this, I am as A-technical as they come, I am a good cook though

you don't put in betweeen the parts.
check from the other side there is a pocket where you insert it.
