I recently ordered a couple of parts from you for my Cyborg as I had literally worn out a couple of bits. This is only the second time I've had to do this in a bit over three years now. I'm pretty hard on controllers which is a testimony to your products in itself, but what I really love is the ability to repair thing when I need to. Your parts travelled all the way from you, to me over here in Australia and I could see every stop it made along the way. What's more, is that it only took a matter of days to get here which was fantastic! What i am really trying to say is that I love you guys and I love your products and the fact that you back them up so well is just hands down awesome! Keep up the great work guys as there aren't many manufacturers that back their gear the way you guys do! Outstanding!
