I've been using a Logitech G13 gamepad and the Swiftpoint Z mouse for two years and find the Swiftpoint Z to be a good compliment for FPS games.

Could you tell how exactly "pressure sensitivity" works. Does the mouse actually have an analog pressure sensor? Or is it just a SMTY?

analog pressure sensor under the buttons(in combination with normal swittches for the presses)
The mouse senses how hard you press the button
