Software Profiles all Locked after Firmware Update

After attempting to install the firmware update that I was prompted for, the software two times told me that it failed to execute the update and I would need to try again, and after that second failure I clicked Cancel instead. The software now no longer allows me to choose or customize profiles.

( Install v2.15 version of Cubeprogrammer isntead of latest )
If serial isn't recognised, then check the attached guide
