Software Issues?? ( Sticking Buttons, Lag stutters)

I am using the Cyborg 2 and i believe its the software that is messing up and not the physical device.. playing fortnite my player will start freaking out and most times wont even do what im pressing.. i will look at the software and there will be 3 buttons white like they are stuck on.. but they arent acutally on.. Like my wall button will be stuck on and ill try and place a wall and it wont.. so i dont think its actually stuck.. Im on performance mode as well.. the software is just acting funny

Reset the device via settings tab.
If the issue persists, switch to another profile and test
