Scroll wheel issues

I bought the Cyro 4 months ago. I like it but I am having issues with the scroll wheel not being responsive.
Is there any way you can assist me, I know I am out of the Warranty period, but I really want to utilize the Cyro to it's full potential.

4 months would definetely be still within warranty.
Have you tried adjusting the scroll lines in Windows setting?

I installed Cyro (Azeron Software
v1.4.1) and started from scratch and the wheel is working
