Registering multiple buttons

Having a problem with my azeron hoping someone could help. I can't get two buttons to register at the Same time. For example aiming down site and trying to reload at the Same time in mw2. Or peaking doors etc. Just doesn't register the second button

Check on whether multiple buttons register in notepad first.
What`s the button throttle set at ?
