Question about the number of programmable keys.

I have been considering purchasing one of these and I am looking at pictures from the quickstart guide, but I cannot count more than 27 keys and am wondering which ones I am missing.
6 for the pinky
5 for the ring finger
5 for the bird
6 for the pointer
4 for the stick
1 for the thumb to whack

Do the two ring and middle finger each have 6 and I just can't see it?

5 on the 5way switch
1 the thumbstick click function
1 on the thumb tower
+ the joystick can also be mapped.

So is that orange nub above the thumbstick, another stick that also pushes in?

If that is a 5 way hat, and the other 4 way stick is programmable, and it clicks in, isn't that more like 33 programmable "keys"?

The orange nub above the stick is the 5way switch. 4 directions + push in option.
If you count the joystick in, then yeah, you can count it as 33
