Hello. I have the Azeron Cyborg. I have updated the program, I use windows, And the controller will not work. I have tried to send the trouble info to you via the program but it will not allow me to send it to you. Want to use my cyborg but it just wont work.
Program issuses and cannot send info via azeron program

Do the lights come on at all ?
Does the device manager see device ?
Do you hear usb notification on device connecting ?
Have another usb cable to test it with or test the usb cable with other device, if possible.
Export the log file from software / settings / troubleshooting and attach here.
