New Azeron Cyborg. What is up with this 'mouse wheel' option for setting button functions?

There is nothing about in the Cyborg manual. I made sure I had the latest version. Just to make sure I searched the text for 'wheel' which isn't used once.

And I double checked settings and opt it for the beta version is set to off.
