Need help, Pls!

I recently purchased the Cyro, and am loving it.
The problem is, I was playing ESO tonight when it suddenly stopped responding to key presses and the joystick seems to be stuck at the 5 o'clock position; not physically, but in the software.
I have tried unplugging it, activating a different profile, and resetting it to factory settings to no avail.

I've sent an email to support, but thought I would also ask on the forums incase someone has had a similar issue and found a way to resolve it.

Try replugging the plugs going in the PCB board.
Best to unscrew palmrest to get access to it

That was the issue. One of the screws that keeps the palm rest in place was missing, and the connectors were slightly loose.
Tech support emailed me this morning suggesting I check that, also.
