My Cyborg II is experiencing a "Driver Error"

I've been gaming with my Cyborg II for a few weeks now and absolutely loving it! Unfortunately, today in the middle of gaming it seemed to disconnect, and since then it will not connect to my PC. I can plug it in, it turns on, I get the audio alert that a new device was connected, but when I pull up the software it tells me to plug in my device. In the windows settings it sees the device, but says that it has a "driver error". I've uninstalled all of the Azeron software and reinstalled it, but that did not fix the problem. Does anyone know what to do?

Unplugged in and restarted the PC and it started working?
I had tried several troubleshooting techniques when it first happened. I unplugged it for several seconds, plugged it back in, and rebooted the software. I then restarted my PC. I then tried uninstalling all of the software and reinstalling it (I could not check in the software for updates because the settings menu was unavailable to me unless a device was detected). Then, as I was typing comments here yesterday, I tried pushing the buttons again out of a desperate hope with no reason, and it worked. I'm about to test it out again.

Plug the Cyborg II into a different USB port, preferably a USB 2.0 port directly on your motherboard (not a hub or front panel). USB 3.0 ports can sometimes cause compatibility quirks with certain devices. Also, test with a different USB cable if you have one compatible with the Cyborg II, as a faulty cable could be the culprit.

Windows’ built-in troubleshooter can sometimes resolve driver issues:

Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
Run the "Hardware and Devices" or "USB" troubleshooter, depending on your Windows version.
Follow the prompts and test the Cyborg II afterward.
