My Cyborg 2 won't connect

I just received my Azeron and I've downloaded all of the software to my computer but when I plug it in it seems to not connect to my computer even though it lights up. I'm stuck on the "Plug in your Azeron" page and I don't know what to do. Please help

Does the device manager recognise it ?
Can you type with it in the texpad, with software closed?

im having the same problem i dont know what to do i tried the reset video but my pc wont recognizing my cyborg 2 so i cant complete the process
