There is still a lot of workto do in the software. Is this a temporary workaround? Or is this as far as the company intends to go?
Having used Razer for years, I'm used to being able to have software profiles for every game for both my keypad and my mouse. I find it much easier to setup my devices based on the default in-game controls than to keep a default setup on my devices and try to screw around with (often poorly implemented) in-game control settings.
With over 50+ software profiles in Razer (games + design apps), it will be difficult using 6 on-board profiles for my mouse (Cyro) while giving software profiles only to my Cyborg. So I'm curious if Azeron allowing multiple devices is planned and just not ready, or if we're expected to just use the Azeron software for calibration and then use third-party stuff like reWASD for everything else.
Along these lines, it would be great to be able to use Azeron for multiple devices with software profile support, and even allow cross-talk between devices - I often use the Razer HyperShift button on my mouse to access said HyperShift secondary profile mapping on my keypad in-game; it's fantastic. Being able to press a "HyperShift" button on my Cyro to then access new mappings on my Cyborg would be just as fantastic.
Eventually we plan to support mutiple devices.
