Is there a simple way. (I'm old and not technology inclined) to take the profiles from my old Cyborg that have been honed over the past 2 years and import them to the new I just got? If so, can you refer to a source that would explain it in simple terms like your are explaining it to my 4 year old grandson? Thank you.

Are you using the latest software version on your older keypad ?
If not, then you will need to copy as a profile both onboard profiles
Then install the latest software v1.4.1 from https://www.azeron.eu/downloads/
Connect the new Cyborg and press to import the profiles
Connect the new Cyborg and press to import the profiles
Thank you very much for the help. I was able to import the settings so the buttons are good. Still trying to figure out the new thumbstick settings.
If you play without the restrictor ring, then calibration alone should be ok.
If you play with restrictor ring, you might need manual adjustments.
