Macros Occasionally Won't Stop Repeating

I've been using my Cyborg Compact for about 6 months and I absolutely love it, but recently, maybe once a week or so, when I activate a macro on the 5 way directional switch, the macro will continuously repeat until I unplug the Cyborg and then plug it back in.

Does anyone have any advice on what could be causing this, and/or how to fix it? Please let me know if you need any additional details.

Is the input getting stuck ?
try the macro on another button
try assigning a single key to the 5way switch and see if the input sticks
test another profile as well

J'ai le même problème, quand j'appuie trop sur les boutons (4 qui ont des macros) j'ai augmenté les délais, ça le fait plus rarement
