Hello - I've been pondering getting an Azeron for a while now but my hand size is almost exactly 7.5" (ever so slightly longer). Should I size up or down in this situation for best ergonomics? I'm in the US so potential return-shipping would be a lot of turn around which is why I'm inquiring. Thanks!

I would suggest going large for it, as you can always downside to medium, but most of the times 7.5+large is the best fit.
Medium to large conversion might not be possible, due to the shortage of wire lenght.
Safest bet is to buy large and purchase a medium base plate, which is the part that makes difference in size on newer keypads.
