Hello, I keep checking on my order in the store and it says "Awaiting / In Production". Today is the 7th day so my first week of the estimated 3-5 weeks should be up. I was hoping to see an update on the site and maybe an ETA but no luck. I read that I should email the info address to ask for an update on my order. I did so yesterday morning and have not seen a response.
How long does it take to receive a reply typically? Is there another way I can check the status of my order? I just want a shipping ETA.
