I bought my device recently with no issue. Today I attempted to play another game and for some reason the games don't register the device. I'm sure its not the Azeron because I have no problems with it on the first game I have played on it with. I changed the profile completely. imputed the changes on both the Azeron software and calibrated them on the key binding page on two separate games. As I changed them i actually pressed the index key on the Azeron to see what happens when creating a new key binding on the game configuration page and I noticed the key binding was coming up as c not as z as intended. so in essences its as if the hand pc was registering the wrong key but forced to do so by the game itself if that makes sense. Any help is appreciated

I seem to be experiencing the same "kindish" issue on several games. Like Crouch,,, tied to C. The Cyborg2 particular button/key is tied to "C" and nothing happens. I can immediately go to the keyboard and "C" crouches. This is just one example, I am having this happen on several games and several different keys that just do not seem to map. It shows it mapped on the profile, and matches what the game says needs to be pressed to work, but I am not getting this response when using the cyborg, and again works just fine when pressing the correct key on keyboard. I have even gone as far as to re-map the keybind to another key and still same issue. Works on keyboard, not on Azeron Cyborg2... Any thoughts, suggestions, or workarounds?

Azeron recognises the qwerty. If you need to map other keys, you would have to switch to qwerty, press the button that is located in the same place on the keyboard, then back to your layout

I am using qwerty. Does the software have a preset? I created a new profile. Blank of any inputs and when I clicked the intext told me it was seeing the c key pressed vis the configure on the game screen. So is there the possibility that the software isnt clear of all inputs? Be i created a entirely new blank profile to my understanding. The game in question is Ark. It is fairly old like 2016ish. The game im playing now Is Aska, a moderately brand new game if that helps

Create the profile, then export the log file and attach here, I`ll see what you have configured and test on mine
No Its all the keys more or less. I didnt try to set them all up because I couldnt get the first few to work correctly. For example the smaller joystick toggle is recognized as being completely different than 9 or 0 for example. Now how exatly do I sent you the profile. I see what it is referring to as the Azeron-profile but it wont let me send it to you as an attachment. I tried putting it in a folder.
attach a short video with a whole Azeron software open and some texpad in the front, so I can see what is happening.
You can alsoe export the log file.
If you are on 1.5.5 version, it will also export your profiles, so I`ll be able to test them out

No need for the video.
Try resetting the device via settings tab and then you`ll get blank profiles, see if the issue occurs again.
It affects only software profiles or the blank profile you made was refering to obm profile?
How exactly do you create a void profile? I simply deleted the previous one and had a blank template. from there i inputted the E key to simply grab berries. It did not grab berries. the #19 goes into a prone stance. The #19 should have no commands. #16 goes into a self cam thing. I didn't input any key except E in the #15 slut
Can you export the full log or profiles, so I can also check the profiles on my end ?
Reset the device via settings tab, see if the issue occurs on onboard profiles.
If it only happens on software profiles reinstall the software along with appdata -
I uninstalled and reinstalled the profiles and I uninstalled and reinstalled the software to the latest verse. I tried using the OBM1 and I notice this is no input being recognized. I moved E to #15 and there is no performance. I moved E to #19 and there is still no change. So using the onboard Profiles had the opposite effect sadly
Reset the device first in the settings tab / troubleshooting.
It looks to me that other profile is interfering or the one you have setup is not the active one.
Try closing Azeron software and test buttons on notepad, see if they corespond correctly.
If it works, then launch software and test the software profile in the same way

I reset the device using the troubleshooting tab in the software. I was under the understanding the device will not work without the software open. So opened the software again. Im not sure I did the last instruction you mentioned correctly. But I launched the game. The e key was grabbing which was 15 but 14 was also grabbing. I set jump to be 10 but it wasnt working. the other keys I had unboud to have a clean canvas. In my fustration I reset it again just the device to the Profile 1 preset which has all the keys under some predetermined configuration. the 15 key was still grabbing. So im confused at this point. So after that I deleted the profiles and set e as 6 and jump to 9. that worked. so perhaps the profile switching wasnt working or something.
