In sore need of a D-Pad instead of a thumbstick

I've been coveting the Azeron for a while now and have been waiting for a D-Pad version. I have been using the Belkin Nostromo and all its newer iterations since before it was acquired by Razer, and now of course have the Razor versions. I've tried many similar products but ultimately what makes me keep coming back to the Nostromo (Tartarus) is that D-Pad that other brands such as Logitech don't use.

Thumbstick lack the movement precision, such as for strafing, that a D-Pad offers in first person shooters. Please offer this option, even if it's an accessory that we can install. I am willing to pay extra.

I really want to buy the Azeron Cyborg but the thumbstick is a deal breaker for me.

This might not work for you, but if you look on the pictures of the Cyborg above the joystick there's a small toggle switch. That is functionally a five key d-pad, with four directions and a center press option that can all be programmed in. It's not flat, but with your thumb resting directly on top of it I can use it the same way. There's one on the Cyro too, and I'd assume the other versions but I haven't looked at them as closely.

Hi,

That's a great observation! The toggle switch on the Cyborg indeed functions like a mini d-pad with programmable directions and a center press. It’s a handy feature for customization and can be quite useful for different gaming needs. Thanks for pointing that out!

Jack ;)
