Hi Azeron team and fellow users,

I recently got the Azeron Cyro, and I’ve been trying to adjust the polling rate (Hz) for better stability. Right now, my Cyro fluctuates between 600-980 Hz, but I’d like to lock it at 500 Hz for more consistent performance.

I couldn’t find an option to manually change the polling rate in the Azeron software. I also tried using HIDUSBF (USB Overclocking Tool), but it caused issues with device detection in Windows.

Does anyone know if there’s a way to limit the polling rate to 500 Hz?

  • Can this be added as an option in the Azeron software?
  • Are there any firmware updates planned that allow polling rate adjustment?
  • Any safe method to force 500 Hz without breaking device recognition?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Best regards.

Reinstall the firmware via software and choose non performance version
