Hi Azeron team and fellow users,
I recently got the Azeron Cyro, and I’ve been trying to adjust the polling rate (Hz) for better stability. Right now, my Cyro fluctuates between 600-980 Hz, but I’d like to lock it at 500 Hz for more consistent performance.
I couldn’t find an option to manually change the polling rate in the Azeron software. I also tried using HIDUSBF (USB Overclocking Tool), but it caused issues with device detection in Windows.
Does anyone know if there’s a way to limit the polling rate to 500 Hz?
Best regards.

- Can this be added as an option in the Azeron software?
- Are there any firmware updates planned that allow polling rate adjustment?
- Any safe method to force 500 Hz without breaking device recognition?
Best regards.
