I’ve tried the clean reset and read other posts here.
I have a cyborg compact. When I tried to update firmware, the lights went off when I hit reset and the Azeron is now not found under devices, and there are no chimes when plugged in.
I read this may be because I was skipping firmware versions.
The issue is when performing reset, the grayed out button in teensy never becomes available.
I also feel no click when hitting reset button with screw driver, it feels like a flat surface.
I opened the palm reset and believe I have the green board. I could not locate reset button.
Is there anything I can do? This Azeron never had issues before attempting to update.

And yes the usb cable is fine. And yes I have plugged it into different ports and computers to no avail.

Sounds like the reset button fell off.
The way to find out is, to unscrew the palmrest, unscrew two screws that hold the board down and lift the board up and see if underneath the teensy the reset button is attached.
