Fortnite Movement Issues new Cyborg 2

I recently purchased a Cyborg 2 and set it up and tried to play Fortnite but the game keeps switching back and forth constantly showing controller buttons options then regular tabs. When I am in a game the character continues to run forward and I can't control with the thumb stick - they can move side to side but not forward or back control just automatic running forward.

I have been using the classic Azeron up to this point without these issues. Not sure if there is some setting on the Cyborg 2 that I need to adjust to get it to work correctly? I've mapped all of the key binds and tried both xbox and analog joystick options for the thumb-stick.

export the log file from settings tab in software. Make sure the keypad is connected at the time.

For controllers vs keyboard buttons, check on whether lock input as mouse setting is set to on. It is currently broken in Fortnite, but should only affect the inventory
