I'm having an issue with my Azeron Cyborg 2 randomly disconnecting, but only when heavily using the joystick. I've tested my USB cable, and it doesn't seem to be the problem—I’ve tried jiggling the Azeron, cable, and connections, but I can't force a disconnect manually. However, when I use the joystick a lot more), it disconnects randomly then reconnects. To troubleshoot, I’ve already reset the firmware with a clean boot, but the issue still persists. I also tried unplugging my keyboard while using the Cyborg to see if it was a conflict, but it still disconnects. I can’t figure out why I can't replicate the issue outside of gameplay, and it’s really confusing. Any ideas on what might be causing this?
This does not happen when I play a game where heavy joystick/ button use is unnecessary.
The strangest part is I cannot replicate it if I jostle around my buttons and sticks ( this has been a problem since I got the azeron)
Edit: It seems to happen when my joystick is moved in the right facing direction (cannot replicate on my own still but that's consistent throughout it seems)
Just to clarify, it's disconnecting and making the Windows sound, then reconnecting 1-2 seconds later. This is a big issue in a game like TF2! This only happens when fighting Soldiers and using heavy joystick movement and button pressing.
