Hi I bought a Cyro a few months back so I could game with one hand. I had was in a car accident back in 2018 that left me with a paralyzed arm. So far I love the azeron cyro! with some games it works amazing. Other games not so much. I only have this problem in fortnite and terraria, where i scroll up or down and it jumps 2 positions in the hotbar. In other words, I would be on position 1 and i scroll to 2 but instead it ends up on 3. I have gone through all of the settings in game and in windows but cannot fix the problem. If anyone could help me with this it would be much appreciated!!!

Reducing the scroll value in mouse Windows setting should fix the problem.
Have you tried that already?

I have already tried that. I changed it from 3 lines to 1, loaded up the game and it didn't change. Here are some screenshots.

Please double check on whether it happens on onboard profile.
Does it happen on scroll up / down or both ?

It happens on both on-board and software profiles. It hap[pens on both scroll up and down.
Try re-setting the device via settings menu in the software. Save the onboard profiles to software, if you haven't copied them before that.
You can also try reinstalling the fw -

I've run into this issue too. I can confirm that it doesn't happen with an on-board profile, only when running a profile from software. As others have reported, changing Windows scroll wheel settings don't affect this problem.

The real problem for me is that I always have layering set up in my cryo profiles. And of course, layering isn't available when the profile is running from on-board memory. So I'd really like to see a fix in the Azeron software.

Is a fix for this still on its way? Thanks!

Are you on the latest software version?

Thanks for asking - somehow, the software's auto-update option was disabled; I'd been relying on that to inform me to install updates, so I'd missed the a few updates. I see in the release notes that this issue has been fixed, and indeed, the fix is working for me.

I own two left handed Cyro devices. I am paralyzed in my right arm. Both devices seem to have the issue. Latest Azeron Software, Windows 11, Both Software and ONBOARD profiles. I have since converted the joystick to act as my mouse scrolling on websites as I typically use the software profiles for the laying function. This does not solve the issues in game, especially in games that require the mouse scroll to switch between hotbar, weapons, etc. I've since tried everything to remedy the issue. Increasing mouse "scroll lines to 3" in windows settings, personally is what it seems to remedy. It seems and feels as though the sensor itself is failing to detect vertical rotation. Sometimes "Scroll Down" responds better than "Scroll Up" implying hardware issue. Odd its congruent across both units.
