Cyro not functioning on Xbox

I got my Cyro about 2 weeks ago with the hopes of using it with my Xbox series X. The Cyro works perfectly on my PC, and I looked up what bindings are needed to be saved to the onboard memory to work the Xbox menus. When I plug it in to the Xbox it works for about 5 seconds, both mouse and button inputs, and then stops working entirely. No mouse or button input works any longer, and the Cyro no longer cycles through profiles when holding the bound profile switch button.

Everywhere online says that it should be compatible. Is it possible this is a software malfunction? Or am I doing something wrong? Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

No, it stops working after a few seconds even if I don't hit any bottoms at all. I've tried it on both my Xbox series X and Xbox One, and it has the same problem.

Are all keys and thumbstick set to keyboard mode ?

Post the profile screenshot you will be using on console
