Cyro drop framerate

Hello, I bought a Cyro and I'm experiencing some issues. Like many people, the scroll wheel works once out of ten times, the profile selector doesn't work (it lights up the three LEDs one after the other and stays on the same profile), and most importantly, in some games like "The First Descendant," when I move the Cyro, the GPU usage drops to zero and the framerate also drops until the Cyro is still. I just reinstalled Windows 11, all drivers are up to date, and when I use another mouse, I don't have this problem.

I reinstalled Windows because of this problem, but it still persists. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Try resetting the device via settings tab, if you can access the Azeron software.

I have a classic azeron, a cyro, 3 xbox gamepad, a logitech wheel, a logitech mouse ( without this problem ), i try unplug all, but trouble stay.

How many entries for joy.cpl with only Cyro plugged in ?
For the profile switching, there is a bit of delay, are you holding it long enough?

3 entries left when i unplug azeron classic.
Yes, I tried pressing with different durations; the LEDs light up one after the other very quickly, and when I release on profile 2 or 3, it always goes back to the first one. I also tried with a short press setting, but it doesn't do anything.
