cyborg2 firmware failed to update

After attempting to update firmware to latest version to take advantage of fixes. Got failed to update firmware message and cyborg2 will not connect to PC. Hard reset and manual firmware attempted following YouTube video but PC will not connect to cyborg 2 via usb and serial number of device never populates cube programmer software. Device manager on PC will not show universal serial bus device!! PLease help and tell me my device isnt bricked? Have had this thing only 6 months and was starting to really like it!! Azeron software 1.5.5 wont connect to cyborg either.

May I ask which method you used for manually connect to Cube programmer with 3 button combination or wire/tweezers on boot.
If you haven't tried this method for connecting to cube give it a try. In video there is cyborg 1, you have cybrog 2 so your boot on board will be located on left top side.
