Hi, I recently bought an Azeron Cyborg II Compact from the Azeron store, but I have a big problem. The keyboard is constantly inputting WASD commands (sometimes D, sometimes A, etc...) so I tried to recalibrate the joystick but nothing worked. I tried everything: Standard, Alternative, Center Offset, higher minimun deadzone (from the analog setup and from the profile setup, even both at maximum), higher sensitivity response time. What else can I do?

export the log file from settins / troubleshooting with the keypad connected and attach the file here

It`s the right file, but export another one with the Azeron connected.
Ok, I enabled thumbstick logging and made 2 reports 'cause I've noticed other details. Sometimes when I first connect the keyboard to my PC it doesn't have the issue, but as soon as I touch the thumbstick (even with the lightest touch) the keyboard inputs WASD. So the file named "report.log" is made at first connection with no problem and the other one named "issue report.log" is made with the WASD input.

Trigger magnitude setting in the profile #1 is set to 0
Press on the thumbstick settings / advanced and set the trigger magnitude to 1-3, that should fix the problem.

Thank you so much, it worked. I'm really sorry for wasting your time with this issue, it was much easier than I thought, I was already thinking at an hardware issue but probably is just my fault changing settings without knowing what they really are.

no problem at all, glad to hear it was just a setting causing it
