I unboxed the Cyborg today, followed the instructions and instillation guide. The compact 2 was working, but when I was messing with turning the joystick into Mouse joystick the program started to bug out.
I recalibrated the joystick, it didnt fix the issue.
I then proceeded to use the troubleshooting issues resetting each of them individually.
Somewhere in the process, I lost access to any profiles.
When importing a profile from online, it states that the profile is corrupt and replaces parts. The profile labels every button as Joystick #1-25 and so on.
I tried reinstalling the program, didn't work.
I followed Manual firmware installation guides. STM32CubeProgrammerx64
uploading azeron-fw-cybor-v2-100.bin
Serial Number: 208536D4747
Didn't work.
If device is connected to pc during Azeron program launch, it will get stuck on "select your device"
Keypad will connect to app after it is launched, but the program will read:
ON BOARD ON
SOFTWARE OFF.
I can left click SOFTWARE, but not ON BOARD
ON BOARD will not even register that it can be clicked.
the Off button displays the restricted symbol while hovering. Clicking on it does nothing.
None of the resets works.
Device lights up, is stuck on profile 3 light.
Device registers on app.
No inputs register, Joystick calibration does not register.
I received this Device today; I haven't even gotten to use it. Please Help
