CYBORB COMPACT malfunctioning

i have several issues with the keypad. the first was the thumbstick being stuck moving in one direction. now multiple of finger pads have either stopped working or pressing an unassigned key.

i have emailed support with logs of this.

Sounds like the incorrect firmware was installed.
Is the button count same in the software as it is on the keypad?

Connect the keypad and attach the log from the software / settings / having trouble
